Bear Cat Ventures represents the investment interests of a group of private investors based in Sydney, Australia.

We focus on technology and telecommunications sectors and have particular interest in innovative companies in Australia.

History

BCV invested in Uniti Wireless in 2015, holding 1.9% of the company prior to its IPO in early 2019.

Uniti Wireless is now known as Uniti Group, an ASX 200 company.

BCV’s investment in Uniti Group has yielded a >10x return to date (January 2022).

Investment Philosophy

BCV is meticulously focused within our areas of expertise (technology and telecommunications). You could say our investment philosophy mirrors our namesake’s discerning taste in bamboo.
